This policy explains how Project Anthology ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit this website or contact us, and how we use cookies. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679), the ePrivacy rules, and Czech law (Act No. 110/2019 Coll. and Act No. 127/2005 Coll.).

Data collected automatically
- Basic technical data logged by our hosting provider (e.g. IP address, browser type, date and time of the request) to keep the site secure and running.
- Your cookie choice, stored locally in your browser (see section 6).
3. Why we use your data and our legal basis

4. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business and website, acting as our processors:
- Email provider — Proton Mail (Proton AG, Switzerland), which we use to receive and reply to your enquiry. Switzerland is recognised by the EU as providing an adequate level of data protection.
- Website hosting — webserver.cz / websupport.cz (Websupport, s.r.o., Czech Republic).
- Form delivery service — Web3Forms, which receives your booking-form submission and forwards it to our email. Web3Forms stores submissions securely (encrypted, hosted on AWS) and automatically deletes them after 30 days — see Web3Forms' own privacy policy for details.
Where a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, any transfer is protected by an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) as required by the GDPR.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 24 months after our last contact, in case you get in touch again — then we delete it. If your enquiry leads to a booking or contract, we keep the related records for as long as required by Czech accounting and tax law (generally up to 10 years).
6. Cookies and local storage
We use only what is necessary to make the site work, plus — only with your consent — optional cookies. When you first visit, a banner lets you Accept all or Reject non-essential. No non-essential cookies are set before you accept. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

We do not currently use any analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. This essential storage simply remembers your choice and is exempt from consent. If we ever add optional cookies, this policy and the banner will be updated and your consent asked first.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected (rectification);
- have your data erased ("right to be forgotten");
- restrict or object to our processing;
- data portability;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing done before withdrawal.
